the future is now!!—gemini/sagittarius full moon—june 2nd

Today, around Noon is the Full Moon at 11° Gemini/Sagittarius.

Perle-glezna-webThis axis is one of communication, travel and education. Gemini is more your cozy neighborhood, while Sagittarius is searching all corners of the world for knowledge.

Today’s luminary opposition is squaring Neptune Pisces creating a Mutable t-square—9°-12° Virgo, it’s ON!!!  Almost in lockstep with the Lunation, Gemini Mars is exacting his first quincunx with Capricorn Pluto Rx, while Mercury Rx still interacts kindly with the Nodal Axis.

Added all together, it communicates (Gemini/Sadge) a celestial push to realize your dreams (Neptune/Nodal Axis) but with the full knowledge that getting there isn’t gonna be easy (square/inconjunct). Nope, you’re gonna have to use your brains (Gemini Mercury) and work for it (Mars), HARD (Pluto). But with discipline and determination (Capricorn Pluto) the world WILL answer your call (Gemini/Sagittarius).

It’s wide open (Mutable), ya’ll!!!

There is no Lunation more apt to kick off the ‘rest of your life’ for all the graduating students this time of year than a Full Moon in Gemini/Sadge.

Big fish in the small pond (Gemini) is progressing to little fish in the big pond (Sagittarius). The day-to-day is being replaced with the unknown—a much bigger, scarier journey than before. All the education and growing, all the brainstorming and philosophizing are the tools you’ll need to get you on with it!!

Who knows where the adventure will lead, but the destination was never the point, was it?

december 20th—solstice eve 2014: part 1

This is the first of a three part series of posts detailing the busy Saturday preceding the Winter Solstice/New Moon on Sunday, the 21st.

1800s-Vintage-Illustrations-029Alright, the skies are brimming to the gills with Mutable and Cardinal escapades this weekend.

The only hold-out to speak of is dear old Saturn battling the chaos of Scorpio’s 29th degree. He moved to the anaretic position on December 14th and will remain there until the 23rd, when he finally crosses the border into Sagittarius.

His current locality points to a crisis of Scorpionic proportion. It’s crunch time for how we all relate to sex, death and taxes—you can toss in intimacy, too, for shits and giggles. Ha!

Metaphorically, we are tying up any loose ends related to the issues listed above. Whatever Saturn deems yet to be finalized, the seeds of culmination will be planted at this New Moon, for he will retrograde back into the 8th sign come June 2015 to complete.

Saturn leaves nothing unsound.

Yay!

While Father Time has his hands full with all that, our freshly ingressed Capricorn Mercury is sextiling Neptune in Pisces. We all will have an extra boost of intuitive dexterity at our disposal.

Ah, yes, the Trickster palling up with the God of Illusion makes for quite the environment for mischief. Clever little rascals, to bring a bit of gaiety with the bite of Capricorn’s devilish humor.

This folks, is just some of the energy to influence the weekend’s Solstice.
